We collect information only when you voluntarily submit our contact form. That form collects:

• Your phone number (optional)
• Your child's first name and age
• Your child's piano experience level
• Any additional message you choose to include

Our contact form collects limited information about children — specifically a student's first name and age — for the sole purpose of determining lesson eligibility and responding to your enrollment inquiry. We do not collect this information directly from children; it is provided by a parent or guardian.

We do not sell, share, or use a child's information for any purpose other than responding to your inquiry. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe we have inadvertently received information from a child under 13 without parental consent, please contact us immediately at Courtney@LivelyKeys.com and we will delete it promptly.
